However, once you've downloaded our proprietary planning templates or accessed our exclusive financial modeling tools, the refund window adjusts to 7 days to protect our intellectual property.

For installment payment plans, refunds are calculated based on payments already made minus any materials accessed. If you're halfway through a payment plan but haven't started the course, you'll receive a full refund of amounts paid.
